Reflexology
Reflexology involves the use of pressure to activate points located on the feet. This process can cause discomfort when a specific organ or area of the body is in distress.
Gua Sha
A Gua-Sha tool and gentle pressure is used to activate these points while stimulating lymphatic and sinus drainage and increasing blood flow.
Acupressure
Acupressure points are found throughout the body. Pressure and other techniques are used to activate these points to achieve release and balance in your entire body.

Cupping
An ancient therapy in which heated glass cups or suction cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy.

Our signature services offer similar techniques as our core services, such as cupping and acupressure, but with added time for deeper relaxation and rejuvenation.
Enhanced Fire Cupping
This restorative treatment combines traditional fire cupping with reflexology, acupressure, meridian work, and a percussion massage for deep relaxation and healing. This service has a 60-minute treatment time.
Emotion Release
A transformative session integrating various techniques to process emotional blocks, reduce physical discomfort, and foster clarity and peace. This service has a 45-minute treatment time
Total Body Revitalization
A deluxe treatment journey fusing Core Services and Enhancements—from hand and foot therapies to Gua Sha and acupressure—for full-body renewal. This service has a 80-minute treatment time.

HAND REFLEXOLOGY

Your hands, like your feet, contain dozens of reflex points that can be utilized to enhance relaxation, improve hand mobility, stimulate circulation and reduce inflammation. Massage techniques are applied while specific acupressure and reflex points are activated to enhance this powerful 20 minute add-on service.
EAR REFLEXOLOGY

Your ears contain hundreds of reflex points that correspond to different parts of the body. Ear reflex stimulation involves gentle pressure or microcurrent therapy on these points to support pain management, stress reduction, and hormonal balance. This technique is often used to aid in better sleep, improved digestion, and emotional well-being, making it a powerful tool for holistic healing.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is considered a complementary therapy which means that it can be coupled with other forms of therapy and has very few contraindications.
