Bronze

$150 billed per month

2 appointments included per month (One 40-min session and one 60-min session
20 DNA Dollars/month
10% off products and additional services/appointments

Silver

$260 billed per month

3 appointments included per month (All 3 sessions are 60-mins)
30 DNA Dollars/month
15% off products and additional services/appointments
Shareable with one other individual

Gold

$585 billed per month

Unlimited Appointments included per month* (One appointment maximum per day)

Membership Terms

Memberships renewal will automatically charge to the card on file at the interval chosen during enrollment. Changes and cancellations must be made 2 business days prior to the next billing cycle. Charges will not be refunded or split between multiple forms of payment. DNA Dollars will be issued as discounts and cannot be combined or “stacked” with other discounts. Silver memberships can only be shared with one other named individual.

All credits, discounts, and benefits will expire at the end of the billing cycle regardless of use.
